  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products like travel pillows, eye masks, or bottles if opened.


3. Process for Returns

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label (where applicable).

  3. Ship items back within 7 days of approval.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Restocking fees may apply in certain cases.


5. Exchanges

If an item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. International Returns
