Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Personalized or customized accessories.
Gift cards.
Hygiene-sensitive products like travel pillows, eye masks, or bottles if opened.

We’ll provide a return shipping label (where applicable).
Ship items back within 7 days of approval.
Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking fees may apply in certain cases.
If an item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, check with your bank, then contact us.
International customers are responsible for return shipping and duties.
